Women’s life changes with the beginning of this new chapter in her life. The moment she gets a positive pregnancy report test, she feels her world is complete and starts protecting her child. Every female body is God’s creation capable of bearing maximum pain and tolerance. There are several problems a person feels during her pregnancy. The issues change throughout the nine-month term. We will discuss some common issues faced by women at large. This article is just a guideline to make excepting mothers familiar with pregnancy, don’t get Goosebumps out of them.
- HEARTBURN: There are several physical and hormonal changes taking place in a women’s body during pregnancy. These changes lead to heartburn during pregnancy. We should try to find out the food items creating trouble for you. Try to avoid those food items. You should have frequent meals and drink plenty of water. Have a gap of three hours between your sleep and meal.
- DIFFICULTY INDIGESTION: Do to increase tummy size as baby size increases, a female feels various indigestion problems. She should not eat much at a time. Go for frequent walks after eating. You need not require a pathway for walking down. Walk inside your office or home. Try to eat food items rich in fiber, which are good for the digestive tract. Avoid eating too much oily and spicy food. But if the problem persists for a longer time, consult your doctor.
- MORNING SICKNESS: Morning sickness includes nausea and vomiting. This problem differs from individual to individual. In some cases, it lasts for the first trimester for others it can last a few days or for some, it can last for the complete term. Try to have water before and after a meal at a gap of 30 minutes. Try some salty biscuits early morning. Take your breakfast at right time.
- INSOMNIA: Most females suffer from sleeping disorders during pregnancy. A sleeping position may not be comfortable for her. She may get cramps during sleeping or her sleep gets distracted due to frequent visits to the washroom. Try to listen to soothing music and feel happy. Try to reduce your screen time also.
- FREQUENT MIGRAINES & HEADACHES: A female can feel frequent headaches and migraine trouble during pregnancy. The reason for this can be sleepless nights, heartburn, stress about pregnancy, and improper diet.
- OTHERS: A female can encounter several other issues like vaginal discharge, low blood pressure, itching sensations, back pain due to increased body weight, and low energy levels.
But all pregnancies are different experiences. The feeling of entering this phase of motherhood gives you enough strength to fight all odds.
