With the decrease in mercury level and most of us suffering from general cold during winters, we can have the warmth of dry fruits and nuts. Since ages, people consume dry fruits along with tea in very cold regions to get warmth. There are several benefits of consuming nuts and dry fruits in winters. When sitting next to bonfire or heater does not help in warming your body, a brandy drink can work out at that point of time. But consuming these nuts give you energy along with warmth from inside.
