hormones; which triggers fibroids. According to a research, woman having one or more beer
in a day raises her chances of getting fibroids by 50%. Have a watch on your alcohol levels. - MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT: Fat cells become more active in case of obesity and further
increases the production of estrogen hormones. The increase in estrogen may further lead
to growth of fibroids. - BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING: Try to monitor your blood pressure; as high blood
pressure results in growth of fibroids. Try to limit the consumption of food items which
tends to increase your BP. - GET ENOUGH OF VITAMIN D: Vitamin D helps in reducing the risk of fibroids. We Indians live
