Sarika Mehta is a passionate social entrepreneur, filmmaker, and health awareness advocate with over 24 years of experience in media, communication, and public engagement.
Through her extensive work in content creation and public outreach, she recognized a critical gap in preventive healthcare awareness and early diagnosis across communities. This realization inspired the creation of Healthyho Awareness Foundation — a platform dedicated to empowering people with credible health information and encouraging timely action before health issues become serious.
Under her leadership, Healthyho has evolved into a growing health awareness initiative that brings together doctors, nutritionists, mental health professionals, wellness experts, and community leaders to educate, inspire, and create positive health outcomes.
