Healthyho Awareness Foundation is a video-driven platform founded by Sarika Mehta and her family as a heartfelt tribute to her late father. What started as a family-and-friends initiative has now grown into a registered Section 8 company and NGO. Our mission is to bridge the gap between people and accurate, timely medical advice through videos, expert insights, and community outreach.

Our Story:
Healthyho began as a personal journey of love and loss. Founded by Sarika Mehta with the support of her family and friends, it was born out of the desire to help others become more aware of their health before it’s too late. In memory of her father, Sarika launched this initiative to educate people through easily understandable videos on health topics—focusing on prevention and early diagnosis.
Over 7 years, what began as a YouTube channel has now become an official Section 8 NGO dedicated to health literacy, doctor-patient connection, and wellness empowerment.

To make health education accessible to all by promoting prevention, early diagnosis, and the right medical guidance through video-based learning and expert talks.
